ACTION: Announcement of correction.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy published in the Federal Register, 
September 22, 1999 (Volume 64, Number 183) Notice of Availability of 
Government-Owned Invention for Licensing. The invention U.S. Patent 
Number 5,652,713 entitled Discriminate Reduction Data Processing is 
assigned to the United States Government as represented by the 
Secretary of the Navy and is available for licensing by the Department 
of the Navy. This announcement corrects the invention patent number.
