Private Fuel Storage, LLC; Notice of Reconstitution of Board

    Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR Sec. 2.721, the 
Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the Private Fuel Storage 
proceeding, with the above-identified Docket Number, is hereby 
reconstituted by appointing Administrative Judge Peter S. Lam in place 
of Administrative Judge Thomas D. Murphy.
    As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following 
Administrative Judges: G. Paul Bollwerk, III, Chairman, Dr. Jerry R. 
Kline, Dr. Peter S. Lam.
    All correspondence, documents and other material shall be filed 
with the Board in accordance with 10 CFR Sec. 2.701 (1980). The address 
of the new member is: Dr. Peter S. Lam, Atomic Safety and Licensing 
Board Panel, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C.
