    In notice document 97-25991 beginning on page 51497 in the issue of 
Wednesday, October 1, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 51498, in the third column, under the title ``Solicitation 
of Comments'', the third paragraph ``[insert date 21 days from date of 
publication].'' should read ``October 22, 1997''.
