Act Reform Provisions of the Telecommunications
Act of 1996; and Review of the Commission's
Cable Attribution Rules (CS Docket No. 96-85).
Summary: The Commission will consider a Report
and Order concerning the cable attribution
rules.
3............................. Cable Services............... Title: Implementation of section 11(c) of the
Cable Television Consumer Protection and
Competition Act of 1992; and Horizontal
Ownership Limits (MM Docket No. 92-264).
Summary: The Commission will consider a Third
Report and Order concerning cable horizontal
ownership limits.
4............................. Common Carrier Cable Title: Local Competition and Broadband Reporting.
Services, Engineering and Summary: The Commission will consider a Notice of
Technology, and Wireless Proposed Rulemaking proposing to collect data
Telecommunications. about the development of local telephone service
competition and the deployment of broadband
services from telecommunications carriers and
others.
