Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors

TIME AND DATES: The Board of Directors of the Legal Services 
Corporation will meet by telephone on October 15, 1996. The meeting 
will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

LOCATION: Members of the Corporation's staff and the public will be 
able to hear and participate in the meeting by means of telephonic 
conferencing equipment set up for this purpose in the Corporation's 
Conference Room, on the 10th floor of 750 First Street NE., Washington, 
DC 20002.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

1. Approval of Agenda.
2. Consider and act on whether the LSC Board of Directors has 
oversight responsibility for the adoption of revisions to LSC's 
Audit Guide.
3. Consider and act on revisions to LSC's Audit Guide.
