Draft guidelines for Title II Development Program Proposals; 
Notice

    Pursuant to the Agricultural Market and Transition Act of 1996 
(Public Law 480, as amended), notice is hereby given that the Draft 
Guidelines for Fiscal Year 1998 Results Reports and the Draft 
Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2000 Title II Development Programs are being 
made available to interested parties for the required thirty (30) day 
comment period.
    Individuals who wish to receive a copy of these draft guidelines 
should contact: Office of Food for Peace, Agency for International
