AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 289C1 at Valier, Montana, in
response to a petition filed by The Battani Corporation. See 64 FR
34751, June 29, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 289C1 at Valier are
48-18-18 NL and 112-15-30 WL. Canadian concurrence has been received
for the allotment of Channel 289C1 at Valier. With this action, this
proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 289C1 at Valier
will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing
window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a
subsequent order.
