Correction

    In rule document 96-24368 beginning on page 49957 in the issue of 
Tuesday, September 24, 1996, on page 49960, in the third column, the 
heading for ``Sec. 240.15d-11  [Amended]'' should read ``Sec. 240.15d-1  
[Amended]''.
