associations. Sets standards for disclosure to reduce the risk of 
fraudulent securities offerings, which could adversely affect the 
public and the safety and soundness of savings associations.

    Estimated Number of Respondents: 139.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 432 hours.
