Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

October 26, 1994.
    The Department of Labor has submitted the following public 
information collection requests (ICRs) to the Office of Management and 
Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act 
(44 U.S.C. Chapter 35) of 1980, as amended (P.L. 96-511). Copies may be

Description: The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Service and State

annually to assess accuracy and timeliness of UI operations. The 
results help the Employment and Training Administration and the SESAs 
to determine what operating areas need corrective action plans to meet 
achievement standards in the States' annual program budget plan (PBP).

who have satisfactorily completed either a coal mine electrical 
training program or a noise training course.
