Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Refund
    Report

    October 26, 1995.
Take notice that on October 17, 1995, Transcontinental Gas Pipe
Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing a refund report pursuant
    to the Commission's February 22, 1995, ``Order Approving Refund
Methodology for 1994 Overcollections'' issued in Docket No. RP95-124-
    000.
Transco states that on October 13, 1995, it flowed through amounts
refunded to Transco by Gas Research Institute (GRI) in accordance with
the Commission's February 22, 1995 order. Transco further states that
in accordance with ordering paragraph (c) in the February 22, Order,
Transco has calculated the refund due each firm shipper based on the
non-discounted GRI demand dollars paid by each firm shipper during the
1994 calendar year as a percentage of the total non-discounted GRI
demand dollars paid by all firm shippers. Transco states that the total
amount of the 1994 GRI refund was $2,604,535.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE., Washington, DC 20426, in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or
protests should be filed on or before November 2, 1995. Protests will
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and
    are available for public inspection.
    Linwood A. Watson, Jr.,
