AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Western Pacific Fishery Management Council's Hawaii 
Pelagics Advisory Panel (Panel) will hold a meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held November 15, 1995, from 9:00 a.m. to 
5:00 p.m.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the Executive Centre Hotel, 1088 
Bishop St., Rm. 4003, Honolulu, HI.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Panel will review the report and 
recommendations of the Council's ad hoc Small Boat Pelagic Fisheries 
Working Group, including recommendations concerning the Hawaiian 
Islands humpback whale sanctuary, and complete any other business as 
required. It may make recommendations to the Council.
