Lakeshore Enterprises; Applications to Register Pesticide Products

SUMMARY: This notice announces receipt of applications to register
pesticide products containing a new active not included in any
previously registered products pursuant to the provisions of section
3(c)(4) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act
(FIFRA), as amended.
DATES: Written comments must be submitted by December 1, 1995.

Divisions (7506C), Office of Pesticide Programs, Environmental

Comments and data may also be submitted electronically by sending

comments must be submitted as an ASCII file avoiding the use of special
characters and any form of encryption. Comments and data will be
accepted on disks in Wordperfect in 5.1 file format or ASCII file

(CBI) should be submitted through e-mail. Electronic comments on this

Information submitted as a comment concerning this notice may be

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: EPA received applications from Lakeshore
Enterprises, 2804 Benzie Highway, Benzonia, MI 49616, to register the
pesticide products Green Screen Bags and Green Screen Powder (EPA File
Symbols 69090-R and 69090-E), animal repellants containing the active
ingredient meat meal at 99 percent for both products, an active
ingredient not included in any previously registered products pursuant
to the provisions of section 3(c)(4) of FIFRA. These products are used
for agricultural, vegetable, ornamentals, turf, tree, vine, and other
terrestrial crops. Notice of receipt of these applications does not
imply a decision by the Agency on the applications.
Notice of approval or denial of an application to register a
pesticide product will be announced in the Federal Register. The
procedure for requesting data will be given in the Federal Register if
an application is approved.
Comments received within the specified time period will be
considered before a final decision is made; comments received after the
time specified will be considered only to the extent possible without
delaying processing of the application.
A record has been established for this notice under docket number
[OPP-30396] (including comments and data submitted electronically as
described below). A public version of this record, including printed,
paper versions of electronic comments, which does not include any
information claimed as CBI, is available for inspection from 8 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. The public
