In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Certification of Eligibility to
Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on December 8, 1994, applicable
to all workers at the subject firm location in North Baltimore, Ohio.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on January 20, 1995

    these workers.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all

    imports.
The amended notice applicable to TA-W-30,435 is hereby issued as
    follows:

``All workers of the North Baltimore, Ohio (TA-W-30,435), and
Lafayette, Georgia (TA-W-30,435C) plants of ABEPP Acquisition
