Seagull Energy Corp./Midcon, Inc. All Locations in the State of 
Texas; Determinations Regarding Eligibility To Apply for NAFTA 
Transitional Adjustment Assistance; Correction

    This notice corrects the amended certification on petition NAFTA-
00470 which was published in the Federal Register on October 5, 1995 
(60 FR 52215) in FR Document 95-24774. The Department inadvertently set 
the impact date as May 18, 1994. The impact date should be May 15, 
1994.
    The affirmative determination for petition NAFTA-00470 should read: 
``Seagull Energy Corporation, Midcon, Inc., operating in various 
locations in the State of Texas. The certification covers all workers 
separated on or after May 15, 1994.''
