  • Start Preamble October 25, 2006.

Take notice that on October 16, 2006, Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh Revised Volume No. 1 and First Revised Volume No. 2, the tariff sheets listed on Start Printed Page 64260Appendix A to the filing to become effective December 1, 2006.

Texas Eastern asserts that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Stipulation and Agreement filed by Texas Eastern on December 17, 1991 in Docket Nos. RP88-67, et al. Texas Eastern states that such tariff sheets reflect a small increase in the PCB-Related Cost component of certain of Texas Eastern's currently effective rates. For the other rates the cost increase is so small that the calculated rate is not changed from the currently effective rate and no revised tariff sheet is filed.
