COMMITTEE ON EMPLOYEE BENEFITS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM

TIME AND DATE: Approximately 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 15, 1994, 
following a recess at the conclusion of the open meeting.

Place: Marriner S. Eccles Federal Reserve Board Building, C Street 
entrance between 20th and 21st Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20551.

Status: Closed.

Matters to be Considered:

    1. The Committee's agenda will consist of matters relating to 
(a) the general administrative policies and procedures of the 
Retirement Plan, Thrift Plan, Long-Term Disability Income Plan, and 
Insurance Plan for Employees of the Federal Reserve System; (b) 
general supervision of the operations of the Plans; (c) the 
maintenance of proper accounts and accounting procedures in respect 
to the Plans; (d) the preparation and submission of an annual report 
on the operations of each of such Plans; and (e) the maintenance and 
staffing of the Office of the Federal Reserve Employee Benefits 
System; and (f) the arrangement for such legal, actuarial, 
accounting, administrative, and other services as the Committee 
deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Plans. Specific 
items include: (A) A proposed 1995 Retiree Pension Supplement; (B) 
retirement benefits; and (C) proposed changes to the Thrift Plan 
Investment Options.
    2. Any items carried forward from a previously announced 
meeting.
