WTG states that the proposed general rate case changes would

Purchased Gas Adjustment (PGA) mechanism with a pricing mechanism based
on a published spot market index; (2) to implement procedures to
eliminate any balance in its unrecovered purchased gas cost account
once the PGA is eliminated; (3) to recover from its jurisdictional
customers the Commission's Annual Charge Adjustment assessed pursuant
to Part 382 of the regulations; (4) to revise its tariff to permit it
to negotiate rates with its customers; and (5) to correct a
typographical error on the Preliminary Statement in its tariff.
Any persons desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426,
