Correction

    In notice document 97-29077 beginning on page 59737, in the issue 
of Tuesday, November 4, 1997, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 59737, in the second column, the INS No. should be as 
set forth above.
    2. On page 59737, in the second column:
      a. In the EFFECTIVE DATES section, in the second line, remove the 
period after ``1997''.
      b. In the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section, in the last 
line ``5t14-5014.'' should read ``514-5014.''
