Williams Gas Pipelines Central, Inc.; Notice of Proposed Changes
in FERC Gas Tariff
November 4, 1998.
Take notice that on October 30, 1998, Williams Gas Pipelines
Central, Inc. (Williams), tendered for filing to become part of its
FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet,
with the proposed effective date of December 1, 1998:
First Revised Sheet No. 222
Williams states that the instant filing is being made pursuant to
18 CFR 161.3(1) and 250.16(b)(1). 18 CFR 161.3(1) requires interstate
pipelines to post the names and addresses of its marketing affiliates
on its web site on the public Internet, and 18 CFR 250.16(b)(1)
requires interstate pipelines to maintain tariff provisions containing
a complete list of operating personnel and facilities shared by the
interstate pipeline and its marketing or brokering affiliates. Williams
is updating the list of shared operating personnel in Section 8.9 of
its tariff, and making reference to the list of marketing affiliates on
its web site on the Internet.
Williams states that a copy of its filing was served on all of
Williams' jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426,
in accordance with Section 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules
and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in
accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants
parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the
Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public
Reference Room.
