    In accordance with information received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended to 
establish the incident period as beginning on October 17, 1998 and 
continuing through October 31, 1998.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing

applications for physical damage is December 19, 1998 and for economic 
injury the termination date is July 19, 1999.
