AGENCY: Idaho Operations Office, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of Availability of Solicitation Number DE-PS07-
00ID13859--Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Field Test Program.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office is 
soliciting applications for awards of financial assistance (i.e., 
cooperative agreements) that will support the Electric and Hybrid 
Vehicle Field Test Program. The expected issuance date of Solicitation 
Number DE-PS07-00ID13859 is November 05, 1999. The solicitation will be 
available in its full text via the Internet at the following URL 
address: http://www.id.doe.gov/doeid/PSD/proc-div.html. The deadline 
for receipt of applications will be expected 48 calendar days after the 
issuance date of the solicitation or approximately by December 21, 
1999.
