Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Informal 
Settlement Conference

November 5, 1999.
    Take notice that an informal conference will be convened in this 
proceeding on Friday, November 12,

1999, at 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of exploring settlement of the 
above-referenced dockets, including: those legal defense cost issues 
pending before the Commission from the court remand in Iroquois v. 
FERC, 145 F.3d 398 (D.C. Cir. 1998); those Docket No RP97-126 rate case 
issues currently pending appeal in D.C. Cir. Nos. 99-1175 and 99-1177; 
and general rate level changes and related rate change moratoria 
covering future years. The conference will be held at the offices of 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, 
Washington, DC 20426.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(a), or any participant, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b), is invited to attend. Persons wishing to 
become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commission's regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
