Program Proposals and Draft--Pub. L. 480 Title II Guidelines for Fiscal 
Year 1999 Results Reports

    Pursuant to the Agricultural Market and Transition Act of 1996 
(Public Law 480, as amended), notice is hereby given that the Draft 
Guidelines for Pub. L. 480 Title II Fiscal Year 2001 Program Proposals, 
and the Draft Guidelines for Pub. L. 480 Title II Fiscal Year 1999 
Results Reports, are being made available to interested parties for the 
required thirty (30) day comment period.
    Individuals who wish to receive a copy of these draft guidelines
