Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd.; Notice of Filing

November 6, 1995.
    Take notice that on October 31, 1995, Young Gas Storage Company, 
Ltd. (Young) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet:

Second Revised Sheet No. 5

    Young states that the purpose of Young's filing is to reflect an 
increase in the fuel reimbursement percentage based on actual 
experience from 1.3% to 2.0% effective December 1, 1995.
    Young states that copies of this filing have been served on Young's 
jurisdictional customers and public bodies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE., Washington, D.C. 20426, in 
accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214 and

385.211). All such petitions or protests should be filed on or before 
November 14, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
