RTCA, Inc., Technical Management Committee; Meeting

    Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(P.L. 92-463, 5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), notice is hereby given for the 
RTCA Technical Management Committee meeting to be held December 1, 
1995, starting at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at RTCA, Inc., 
1140 Connecticut Avenue NW., Suite 1020, Washington, DC, 20036.
    The agenda will include: (1) Chairman's Remarks; (2) Review and 
Approval of Summary of the Previous Meeting; (3) Systems Management 
Working Group Report to the Technical Management Committee; (4) 
Consider and Approve: a Proposed Final Draft, Minimum Operational 
Performance Standards for Global Positioning System/Wide Area 
Augmentation System Airborne Equipment; b. Proposed Final Draft, 
Minimum Operational Performance Standards for Aeronautical Mobile 
Satellite Services (AMSS); c. Report from SC165/WG6 Concerning 
Feasibility of High Frequency Data Link (HFDL) MASPS; (5) Take Action 
on Open Items from Previous Meeting: Consider White Paper on RNP Issues 
and Recommendations; (6) Other Business; (7) Date and Place of Next 
Meeting.
    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. With the approval of the chairman, members of the public 
may present oral statements at the meeting. Persons wishing to present 
statements or obtain information should contact the RTCA Secretariat,
