Armstrong Energy Company; Notice of Inter-Agency Meeting

November 6, 1996.
    The interdisciplinary team consisting of staff of the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Tennessee Valley Authority 
(TVA), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has scheduled a meeting to 
discuss preliminary scoping issues submitted in public comments for the 
Environmental Impact Statement for Armstrong Energy Company's proposed 
Reynolds Creek Pumped Storage Project No. 11500 and Laurel Branch 
Pumped Storage Project No. 11499.
    The meeting will be held in Knoxville, Tennessee, from 10 a.m. to 5 
p.m. November 22, 1996, and will be located in the Knoxville Towers, 
Room WT 9D.
