Trailblazer Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

November 6, 1996.
    Take notice that on November 1, 1996, Trailblazer Pipeline Company 
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, certain pro forma tariff sheets to be effective 
May 1, 1997.
    Trailblazer states that the purpose of the filing is to reflect 
changes to conform to the standards adopted by the Gas Industry 
Standards Board and incorporated into the Commission's Regulations by 
Order No. 587, issued July 17, 1996 in Docket No. RM96-1-000.
    Trailblazer states that copies of the filing are being mailed to 
its jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, 
in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's 
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or 
before November 22, 1996. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
