AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
California (FEMA-3120-EM), dated October 23, 1996, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 31, 1996.
