Halliburton Energy Services, Duncan, Oklahoma; Notice of 
Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on September 28, 1998, in response to a petition filed on 
the same date on behalf of workers at Haliburton Energy Services, 
Duncan, Oklahoma.
    A certification applicable to a larger group of Halliburton workers 
in various states covers the petitioning group. That certification was 
issued on October 28, 1998, and is currently in effect (TA-W-35,056). 
consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
