This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of 14 CFR. Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner, a northern Illinois-based electric utility, is requesting relief to commercially operate their small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) to test utility system monitoring by sUAS in a remote area of Cook and Will Counties, Illinois.
