Correction

    In notice document 97-29078 beginning on page 59736, in the issue 
of Tuesday, November 4, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 59737, in the first column, in the paragraph designated 
(3), in the last line, ``November 13, 1998'' should read ``November 3, 
1998''.
