Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner is requesting relief to commercially operate their small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) for outdoor research and development related to use of UAS for civil operations for insurance functions including: Using imagery and analytics in underwriting; re-underwriting; catastrophe response; roof inspection, and claim resolutions settings.
