        The Department of the Treasury has submitted the following public

        Title: New England Construction Team Practitioner Survey.
        Description: Several IRS districts in New England (Augusta, Boston, 
    Burlington, Hartford, Portsmouth, and Providence) have established a 
    Compliance 2000 construction team. The objectives of this New England 
    Construction Team are to identify the problems and concerns experienced 
    in the construction industry, to develop methods to improve compliance, 
    and reduce tax burden in the Construction Industry.
        Respondents: Businesses or other for-profit, Small businesses or 
    organizations.
        Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,380.
        Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 7 minutes.
