Northern Border Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

November 8, 1995.
    Take notice that on November 3, 1995, Northern Border Pipeline 
Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing Substitute First Revised 
Sheet Number 110 of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1.
    Northern Border states that the filing is in compliance with the 
Commission's order, issued October 27, 1995, in the above-referenced 
docket. Northern Border further states that the October 27 Order 
required Northern Border to revise its tariff language to clarify that 
it will seek separate authorizations from the Commission for 
authorization of each item it records in Account No. 182.3.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before November 16, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file and available for public 
inspection.
