SUMMARY:

The Commission, at the request of KSEE License, Inc., substitutes DTV channel 38 for DTV channel 16 at Fresno, California. See 69 FR 41444, July 9, 2004. DTV channel 38 can be allotted to Fresno, California, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 37-04-19 N. and 119-25-48 W. with a power of 326, HAAT of 601 meters and with a DTV service population of 1224 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
