    The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984.     Title: Ocean Carrier Working Group Agreement.

    Parties: Latin America Agreement; Israel Trade Conference; Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement; Transpacific Stabilization Agreement; Middle East Indian Subcontinent Discussion Agreement; United States Australasia Discussion Agreement; Westbound Transpacific Stabilization Agreement; Middle East Indian Subcontinent Discussion Agreement; A.P.     Title: South Atlantic Chassis Pool Agreement.

    Parties: The Ocean Carrier Equipment Management Association and its member lines; the Association's subsidiary Consolidated Chassis Management LLC and its affiliates; Georgia Ports Authority; and South Carolina State Ports Authority.

    Synopsis: The agreement would authorize the parties to establish and operate chassis pools at port and inland locations in the South Atlantic region of the United States. The parties request expedited review.
