Maryland; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    The Independent City of Baltimore and the contiguous counties of 
Baltimore and Anne Arundel in the State of Maryland constitute a 
disaster area as a result of damages caused by tornadoes and high winds 
which occurred on November 1, 1994. Applications for loans for physical 
damage as a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of 
business on January 5, 1995, and for economic injury until the close of 
business on August 7, 1995, at the address listed below: U.S. Small 
Business Administration, Disaster Area 1 Office, 360 Rainbow Blvd. 
South, 3rd Floor, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, or other locally announced 
locations.
    The interest rates are:
