the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. chapter 35).

    Title: Statutory Invention Registration.
    Form Number(s): PTO/SB/94.
    Agency Approval Number: None.
    Type of Request: New collection. This collection was previously 
approved as part of the Secrecy/License to Export collection (0651-
0034) and is now being submitted as a separate collection.
    Burden: 41 hours.
    Number of Respondents: 103.
    Avg Hours Per Response: 0.4 hours.
    Needs and Uses: Patent applicants may request to have their 
applications published as a statutory invention registration. This 
collection includes that indformatin needed by PTo to review and decide 
such requests.
    Affected Public: Individuals or households, farms, businesses or 
other for profit institutions, Federal agencies or employees, non-
profit insitutions, small businesses or organizations.
    Frequency: When filing for consideration.
