Correction

    In proposed rule document 95-27568 beginning on page 56133, in the 
issue of Tuesday, November 7, 1995, make the following correction:
    On page 56133, in the second column, under DATES:, in the heading 
entitled ``Public Hearing.'', in the third line, ``November 21, 1995.'' 
should read ``November 17, 1995.''.
