Technology Transfer Act of 1986
AGENCY: U.S. Geological Survey, Interior.
ACTION: Notice of proposed Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement (CRADA) negotiations.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is planning to enter into a
Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with Lizardtech
Company, Seattle, Washington. The purpose of the CRADA is to jointly
discover the most efficient and affordable delivery mechanisms and
product development methods for digital image data; specifically large
numbers of Digital Orthophoto Quadrangles in more acceptable formats to
a wider market segment.
