AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
New Mexico (FEMA-3128-EM), dated July 2, 1998, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 15, 1998.
