Correction

    In notice document 98-28109, beginning on page 56055, in the issue 
of Tuesday, October 20, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 56056, in the first column, in the first full paragraph, in 
the second line from the bottom, ``not be made'' should read ``now be 
made''.
