manufacturer's recommendations are available shall be tested to twice
their intended safe work load before they are initially put into use,
and that the employer shall maintain a certification record. The
standard for portable air receivers (29 CFR 1915.172(d)) requires that
portable, unfired pressure vessels, not built to the code requirements

The information collection requirements contained in 29 CFR
1915.113(b)(1) and 29 CFR 1915.172(d) (shipyard certification records)
