ACTION: Correction.

SUMMARY: In notice document 96-28655 beginning on page 57713 in the 
issue of Thursday, November 7, 1996, make the following correction:

    On page 57713 in the third column, the five-year grant period shown 
as ``(FY 1997-2002)'' is corrected to read as follows: ``(April 1997-
April 2002)''.
