    The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all interveners filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person whose name appears on the official service list for the project. Description of Request: Union Electric Company, dba AmerenUE, filed an application seeking Commission authorization to permit Mystic Bay Development to add one dock with six multi-family residential boat slips to its four existing community docks with a total of 60 boat slips. The proposed dock would be located along the shoreline fronting Mystic Bay Condominiums.
