Description of the Application: The applicant is seeking Commission authorization to amend the project boundary to remove four parcels of land totaling 4.6 acres of lands from the project boundary. The amendment would rationalize the project boundary and applies criteria in the Settlement Agreement, approved in the project license, to identify surplus lands that do not serve project purposes.
