ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is announcing the
completion and availability of NUREG-1551, ``Final Report of the NRC-
Agreement State Working Group to Evaluate Control and Accountability of
Licensed Devices.''

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On June 20, 1995, the Commission approved
the formation of a working group consisting of representatives from
Agreement States and from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to evaluate
control over, and licensees' accountability for, specific- and general-
licensed devices. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public
that the final report of the Working Group, that was completed and
filed in a memorandum dated July 2, 1996, is being issued as NUREG-
1551, ``Final Report of the NRC-Agreement State Working Group to
Evaluate Control and Accountability of Licensed Devices.'' This report
is being made available to interested members of the public.
