Installed Capacity Allocation Agreement'' filed by PECO with the
Commission on October 3, 1997 in Docket No. ER98-28-000. This filing
merely submits an individual executed copy of the Installed Capacity
Obligation Allocation Agreement between PECO and an alternate supplier
