COMMISSION ON CIVIL RIGHTS
 

Agenda and Notice of Public Meeting of the Missouri Advisory 
Committee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and 
regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, that the Missouri 
Advisory Committee to the Commission will hold a meeting on December 
16, 1994, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Kansas City Marriott 
Allis Plaza, 200 West 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. The 
purpose of the meeting is to discuss follow-up activities on the recent 
Bootheel report and to plan for future projects in Missouri.
    Persons desiring additional information, or planning a presentation 
to the Committee, should contact Melvin L. Jenkins, Director of the 
Central Regional Office, 816-426-5253 (TTY 816-426-5009). Hearing-
impaired persons who will attend the meeting and require the services 
of a sign language interpreter should contact the Regional Office at 
least five (5) working days before the scheduled date of the meeting.
    The meeting will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the Commission.
